I have created functionality for Prepayment Invoice posting, When I post this invoice then I get error in while inserting GL entries but previously my sales invoice hdr & Sales invoice Line inserted so after getting error my GL entries, customer ledger entries not Inserting, So after getting error I want to not insert Sales Inv Hdr & Sales Inv Line data.
Please help..

Microsoft documentation doesn't have much information, because I would like to know recommended hardware requirements based on number of users, size of SQL database and so on. Dou you have any idea where can I found info like this ?

Would the phones need a VPN or a specific port to access the printer or does all of that depend on infrastructure security and printer settings?

Using NAV 2017 multi tenant

I have a multitenant, on-prem NAV2018 environment which is configured for single sign-on O365 authentication. I have no problems with this deployment and users can access both web/windows clients with their credentials. However, I could not manage to find the right type of configuration to download symbols when the NAV server instance configured as AccessControlService. Since this configuration is very new for me, I may be missing some basic configurations in launch.json file which I will be more than happy if you can point it out for me. Can you kindly let me know how is it possible to download symbols, how the launch.json file should be adjusted if your NAV servers credential type configured as AccessControlService.

I download the archive (Codeplex has ceased operations) and in it there are no binaries. Only source code. Am I supposed to compile it?
How can I use the NAVAppProfiler ? I was expecting binaries, like add-on dlls. not source code.

While Sales Order Approval Workflow is enabled and working fine in Dynamics NAV 2017, the client needed to enable Sales Order Credit Limit Approval Workflow.
while enabling the"Sales Order Credit Limit Approval Workflow" it showed the error below and it becomes clear that both workflows cannot work in parallel, is there any way or trick to get this accomplished?

I upgraded a Customer NAV database from 2013R2 to 2018CU5, after some operation for include the app extension management, I connected VS Code to the upgraded Customer NAV2018, and I dowloaded the Symbols.
I wrote an application in AL Code and I published and installed it, on a standard Cronus database NAV2018CU5 on the same server.
I tried to make the same on the customer nav2018 database, but doesn't work. So, I have a PROBLEM with to publish the app.
In details, the VS Code return this Error: "dev/apps?tenant=default&SchemaUpdateMode=synchronize failed with code InternalServerError. Reason: Cannot install apps due to the state of the tenant: OperationalDataUpgradePending."
After I opened the WebClient of customer, and from Extension Management I saw the estention published but I cannot Install because the webclient return this error:
"A call to Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.Apps.NavAppALInstaller.ALInstallNavApp failed with this message: Cannot install apps due to the state of the tenant: OperationalDataUpgradePending."

I am printing two different cheque printing reports using same printer, I have created two different preferences for these report, In that preferences I have define page setup(width,length,margins) same as report layout, But after print the preferences not taking automatically I need to select preferences everytime, How to Preferences Auto selects while print???
I have created Check print report & give custom paper size in report layout, but while printing printer takes default A4 size insted of custom paper size..
Please give me solution for this.

I have Created Matrix report in NAV 2016 (Monthwise Sales), Using Posting Date I Show Months, But in few months Data is not present thats why All months not show in report, So I want to show all Month , If data is not present in some months then instead of hide column I need to show column with 0 value Sale.

I've just installed NAV2018 in a client server, with NavUserPassword credentials.
For connectiong to the server, we are doing this procces:
-Star OpenVPN
-When OpenVPN is connected, we can connect to the server with the rdp, without any issue.
But the problems comes when I started to install just the RTC in the PCs of the different workers of our customer. B efore starting to do that, I tried to install the RTC on my laptop in the office, and it seems to be right, until I tried to connect the RTC, where I found this error:
"Cannot find anyserver in "net.tcp://<IP used in rdpbetea>:7046/DynamicsNAV110/Service. The URL is incorrect or the server is not available actually"
I've read lost of different articles, and in one of themn, they talk about the credential, that some VPN clients use kerberos credentials instead of NavUserPassword...
I'm quite lost about this issue...
Does anyone worked with this type of problems?

I am trying to publish a picture field as web service in NAV 2009 SP1. Since I am not very familiar with automation objects I couldn't manage to succeed so far. I tried to replicate functions codeunit 99008516 - BizTalk XML DOM Management but I realized that I can not even compile the object because automation variable Base64 cannot be loaded.
What should I do to use Base64 object, how and which library should I load to it work?

I have deployed a NAV 2018 database on Azure SQL and configured users as office 365 authentication. Now I need to ensure another office 365 users from a different domain to log in the same database. First of all is it possible to do so? And if yes what is the best practice for this kind of implementation?
